It's been a tough weekend, people. Fucking tough.

First and foremost, I had the worst fight with my boyfriend last thursday.
We were coming from a weekend of conflicts on the most banal things and it didn't seem to stop, so he put me on a train home telling it was over.
Three days without a contact of any kind made me re-think of the whole situation: our relationship, my faults, his faults, my personal issues with handling negative feelings and my tendency to depend on people I love... I've spent so much time alone, rather than getting drunk and then burst into tears, 'cause I've decided to undergo a real inner change.
It'll take time and energies, it'll cost me suffering and pain. But I need it, or I'll be forever weak and I'll be up to destroy any kind of relationship I'll have.
My boyfriend called me on the phone friday and we met again, in order to make things right once again - a sign of true love, to me.
We spent saturday making love ♥

We've planned to leave to each other time and space to do our own thing, as we're not ready to play the married couple and living together, yet. But I'm sure one day we will.

...anyway saturday night there was something waiting for us. An earthquake of magnitude 6
It was 4.06 a.m. and luckily we were still hangin' out and ending our last beer in front of the club we spent the night at, so we didn't get hurt but it was scary: a long thump and then the earth started shaking, flashes all over the sky due to power lines' and stations' going out of work, lights out and alarms ringing. An hell on earth, really.
The majority of the historical building of those little country town has been damaged or even destroyed, there have been 7 victims and more than 3000 people still waiting to know if they'll be able to enter again their homes. So sad! Luckily, my boyfriend's house is rather new and the earthquake didn't damaged it that much.

My thoughts are with the ones who lost their places! Stay strong people!

On a less serious note, I've had to die my blue hair back to black:

I'm looking for a job and I've already fixed some job interviews... you know, the blue hair wouldn't help... >_<

It got cold today. It always surprises me how Winter just appears, next will be my birthday and then the year will start to end. I know I shouldn't wish my life away but I will be glad to see this year gone, apparently time heals all wounds and I wish there was a way to fast forward into a good space. more

It got cold today. It always surprises me how Winter just appears, next will be my birthday and then the year will start to end. I guess I wish a lot of things which are impossible. I'm graduating officially on June 28th. I'm actually quite excited to have something to show for my last 4 years.

I went to see Madame Zingara this weekend, it's a circus show (minus the animals). Basically the evening is a combination of acrobatics, humour, trannies and stunts accompanied by a 3 course meal







I got a new tattoo, I was having a terrible day and it helped. it says "I cried to dream again" from the Tempest. One of my favourite quotes and apt for everything that has gone on.



Barry and Frank have been sleepy love muffins all week, on Friday I woke up with Frank on my right shoulder, Sue on my left ear and Barry sitting on my chest staring into my face, I actually had to laugh out loud it was so sweet.




For those who are in the area, our burlesque troupe Circus Gothica is performing this Saturday at CCHQ, it's R60 to get in and should be pretty fun

summer IS HERE! it was soooo beautiful today!! i spent the day in garden- put in some seeds and some lettuce, herbs, and tomato plants! i also got some new indoor plants for my loft! i dont have a garden of my own- so my old neighbor is letting me use his garden which is awesome- and just a bike ride away!

well after being in the dirt all day- when i got home all i wanted to do was take a 25 minute shower- so thats what i did!! i just got out- and i feel amazing! i feel so good- i took a pic of my clean body!!!


well us Canadians have tomorrow off- so yay long weekends!!
